Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended during busy shopping periods, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

Customs & Duties

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase.

Once an order enters processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it. In these situations, our standard Return Policy will apply once the order has been delivered.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
